All our catering is Vegan and made fresh every day.

Where ever possible we use organic products and those from our garden are grown organically and Vegan.

 Feast on Vegan epicurian delights from around the world each evening, accompanied by fine Vegan wine, in a spectacular setting overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
